简介：在某个平凡的夏日，一辆老式大巴车将来自东京的青年工藤带到了与世隔绝的小山村。这里物产丰富，悠然恬静，工藤打算在此自力更生，打造属于自己的自由生活。然而平和的小山村并不宁静，当地的土木建设企业与自然保护团体截然对立，而村民为了保护农作物不受侵害也同野猪、鹿做着持之以恒的抗争。种种问题交替出现，困扰着当地的百姓。　　在此盘桓期间，工藤遇见了远离村庄、隐居深山的老爷爷和年轻女孩春菜。这里既没有电也没有煤气，古朴、原始、寒酸，时间缓缓流淌，却有着别样的韵味。老爷爷每天早晨带着供品和酒上山供奉山神，春菜则需花一个小时下山上学，放学后还要帮爷爷在田里劳作。缓慢的生活节奏，慢慢净化了工藤劳碌且布满尘埃的心……
